Terms and Conditions for Training Course Bookings
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 All bookings must be made through our official website or designated contact channels.1.2 Your booking will be confirmed via email upon receipt of full payment.1.3 Full payment is required at least 14 days prior to the course start date. For bookings made within 14 days of the course, immediate payment is required.
2. Cancellation by Customer
2.1 Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course start date will receive a full refund.2.2 Cancellations made 15-30 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.2.3 No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 15 days before the course start date.2.4 You may transfer your booking to another person or to a future course date, subject to availability and a £50 administration fee.
3. Cancellation by Indoor Cycling Academy Ltd
3.1 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrollment, trainer unavailability, or force majeure events.3.2 In the event of cancellation by us, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date.
4. Force Majeure
4.1 Force majeure refers to extraordinary events or circumstances beyond the control of either party, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, severe weather)
Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest
Government actions or restrictions
Public health emergencies or pandemics
Unexpected trainer illness or incapacitation
Death or severe illness of trainer's immediate family member
Labor disputes or strikes affecting the venue or transportation
4.2 In the event of a force majeure occurrence:
We will refund the full course fee if the event is cancelled.
We are not liable for any additional expenses incurred by customers, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or any other related costs.
Customers are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover potential losses.
5. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
5.1 All course materials provided are the intellectual property of Indoor Cycling Academy Ltd and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
6. Liability
6.1 Indoor Cycling Academy Ltd's liability is limited to the cost of the course fee paid.6.2 We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the course.
7. Changes to Course Content
7.1 We reserve the right to make changes to the course content, structure, or trainers as necessary to maintain the quality of our training.
8. Participant Conduct
8.1 We reserve the right to remove any participant from a course for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.
9. Data Protection
9.1 We will handle your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By booking a course with Indoor Cycling Academy Ltd, you agree to these terms and conditions.
