Rhythm-Based Indoor Cycling L1 and L2

For entry-level and Level 1 instructors already teaching, our L1-2 course is designed to enhance your skills, enabling you to teach standard, endurance and resistance classes, including 90- and 120-minute endurance sessions. This course includes a guaranteed audition at a top Indoor Cycling Studio and awards 12 CPD Points, a certificate of completion, and 12 months of access to our Member Network.

This 3 day workshop will teach you how to teach and train other instructors using our methodology and master instructor’s manuals.
